Thermomix TM6 has a footprint of about 33 x 33 cm on your kitchen top. It needs about 5 cm extra on each side when you're using the Varoma (steamer) compartment. It is quite heavy (about 8kg - solid!) and you are required to lift it (not drag) when moving around. This prevents the sensitive built-in scale mechanism from discalibrating.

In fairness, I haven't heard about a single case of someone returning it. Feel free to be the first, providing you don't fall in love with Thermomix within 2 weeks!

Cookidoo is a recipe platform that integrates with Thermomix, providing over 90 thousand recipes from all over the world, in many languages. When you purchase Thermomix, you will receive 7 months of Cookidoo subscription free of charge. After that, Cookidoo costs €4 a month (or €48 a year) and you can use the same subscription on your Thermomix and as many smartphones / tablets / laptops etc as you wish. On top of limitless access to ever-groving recipe base, you will receive free software updates, which extend the capacities of Thermomix (like short pre-wash or Sensor connectivity).
Are you against subscriptions in general? After 7 months, you can use Thermomix without Cookidoo and still enjoy over 200 included recipes plus manual cooking mode. Your advisor may also extend your free period, depending on current customer promotion - please ask for details.
